File Handling

All uploaded files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted after 15 minutes. We do not store, read, or analyze the content of your files beyond what is necessary to perform the requested operation.

Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

Without an account: Your IP address and basic usage data (which tool was used, file size, processing time) to enforce free tier limits.

With an account: Your email address and the above usage data. If you subscribe, Stripe handles all payment information — we never see your credit card details.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers.

Third-Party Services

Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We only store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

Data Retention

Uploaded files: deleted after 15 minutes. Usage logs: retained for 90 days for rate limiting and service improvement, then deleted. Account data: retained until you delete your account.

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will remove all associated data within 30 days.
